Enjoying real estate management/consulting for 15 years, and bring 20 years of experience in marketing, project/construction management to all of my clients. Selling and managing properties in a seven-county rural and metro area, I have averaged over 60 closed transaction sides per year the last 10 years. As a Regional Team Leader for Century 21 Affiliated, I work closely with our entire agent team to ensure that buyers or sellers needs are met. I am constantly pursuing best-practice sharing within the company and between agents, and looking for ways to make the real estate transaction experience seamless and predictable for sellers and buyers. I make every effort to ensure that the lenders involved in transactions can match the loan program to the property (with its conditions), and that lenders can meet deadlines so crucial to the buyer or seller.
