We worked with Rachel Weisfelner to find us a new house in a new city. All I can say is Rachel went above and beyond my expectations. This home purchase was more difficulty than what I expected it to be. Rachel was willing to do whatever had to do to get us in a house we would love. The challenges she helped us through were the sellers listing agents who would not return calls to set up appointments, poorly and overpriced houses, appraisal contractors that literally went missing and caused us to be breach of contract, sellers who would not repair the agreed list of repairs needed and helped us keep our lender on task as best as she could. She came over with the head realtor in the office as their office works as a team. That was the best because realtors are so busy and cant be there every second, but someone in the office always is. They already ran the comps and already had a number to sell which was higher than we thought. It ended up selling for slightly higher than that and it sold pretty fast. I recently purchased a house in Las Vegas and my realtor was Dorthy. there were some issues with the house and I was inclined to ignore the issues so that we could get THIS house. My wife and I liked this neighborhood and its rare to have a house available here. Dorthy and her team gathered facts and pictures of the issues and presented them to the sellers and negotiated a reasonable credit at closing for repairs. When we agreed to purchase the house and the price was negotiated. There was so much to do, sheduling appts for inspection and other professionals to address things found in the inspection. But as I was looking into all this her team was already compiling a list of pros for me to research and chose. Once I chose who, they made all the arrangements, and just asked if i wanted to be there.
