But Dave blew us away with his awesome presentation. So we decided to go with Dave and Kris. They are an awesome team and we are lucky to have found them on the internet. They are professional and very knowledgeable about the buy and sell process in the east bay area. Not only that they provide great recommendation/suggestion. When we finally found our forever home we put in our first offer in Pinole and it was accepted the next day! Dave and Kris stay engage with the seller and always kept us up to date.
