While they always provided great recommendations, they also made it very clear we were in charge of deciding which recommendations worked for us. Darryl is not at all pushy!! Darryl and his team are amazing. When it was time to sale the house, we interviewed several real estate agents and we know we picked the best. He is always there to answer your questions (text, phone, email,etc.). Not once did I ever feel like he was bothered by my questions and phone calls. He offers ideas on ways to increase the value of the house and has recommendations for awesome contractors, companies, etc to minimize your cost. Darryl provided staging for the house and then had a professional photographer come through to take amazing pictures. It is so evident that Darryl and his team know exactly what to do. This is completely different then my previous experiences buying/selling houses with other local real estate agents. A+++ By far, the smoothest and easiest real estate transaction that I have ever completed!
