Dan Bennett

Dan is a very experienced, very knowledgeable RE agent. He acted as our agent in buying a house in Shelton WA. We did not have a question he couldn't answer or a problem that he didn't know immediately the best way to solve it. Dan is very relational as well as calm & re-assuring. He is very strong in keeping buyers updated and responds very quickly to either calls, texts or emails. We always knew right where we were in the buying process. We did encounter some problems in contacting the owners/sellers agent but he persevered until he got in contact with the right person. I know this sometimes involved over a dozen contacts but he didn't stop until he got the info that he needed. And again, he always contacted us as soon as he knew anything. In short, Dan is a pleasure to work with---so calm when I would be worried and quite reassuring. Dan made the whole process much easier than I thought it could be. A great agent!

We met Dan in 2004. After months of patiently showing us homes, we made an offer that turned out to be the low offer of 4 received, despite full price. After 4 fingernail-biting days, we learned Dan successfully negotiated our purchase. We referred my parents and my husbands sister to Dan, and both were thrilled with the professional and successful help from Dan in buying homes. October 2018 we decided to sell the home Dan helped us buy in 2004. He sold it in 4 days at a higher price than wed hoped for, and helped us buy our new home in a city 2 hours away, following another very difficult negotiation. Again, we couldnt be happier. Weve asked Dan to promise not to retire until after move to a retirement home, as we dont ever want to undertake a real estate transaction without Dans help. You cant go wrong with Dan; hes amazing.

We have now enlisted Dans services twice, within a four year span. Both times we have found Dan to be highly knowledgeable and professional, and very focused and hard working. I appreciate the fact that the line of communication is always flowing back and forth. Each time Dan listed our homes he has suggested the asking price and we allowed him to list at those prices, and both times the homes have sold for more than we expected, and within weeks of initial listing. We have nothing but good words for our experience with Dan.
