Let me start by telling you Damian doesn't treat you like a dollar sign. From day one (the whole process lasted over one year) he was patient with me, I never once felt pressured to move forward when I wasn't ready. Rest assured he will pass any real estate knowledge to you, he won't leave questions unanswered! With his help, I found my perfect first home, couldn't have picked a better agent. HIGHLY recommend!

My family moved to Tallahassee in 2019, and did not know any local agents. After a year of looking around, we discovered the area of town we wanted, and the type of home we wanted. I contacted Damian because of reviews on Zillow, and he had open houses in they area of town we were interested in. We interviewed 2 other agents, and Damian took the time to listen to our wants and needs. During the meeting he took notes, unlike the other two agents who only listened. This proved he was hearing us. We only had one showing with him which we visited 4 homes, and he informed us of a house he thought could work for us that was not yet listed.
