After 2 years with another realtor, we hadnt received a single offer on our property. When that listing expired, we tried For Sale by Owner, which elicited a lot of inquiries but no offers. We listed with Craig Frkovich at Coldwell Banker Bain just before the 4th of July weekend and 5 days later, we were shocked when he called to say we had an offer. We closed on July 31 and cracked open a bottle of champagne in celebration. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with Craig Frkovich and Coldwell Banker Bain and highly recommend their services. Our only regret is not calling Craig sooner!
