In my experience, finding a realtor at Christle's level of work ethic, especially in the role of buyer's agent, is exceedingly rare. Christle is also very knowledgeable about the black hills area, and about issues unique to the Black Hills area. She went out of her way to make sure I was aware of these type issues. I would not consider partnering with any other realtor in the Black Hills area.
