We were so fortunate to get to know Charles as our realtor agent. I have to say that he is a different agent. First of all, you feel that he is your close friend. He is so kind and supportive. He is ALWAYS available no mater if it is night, early morning, or weekends. He helps you a lot. Charles is a very knowledgeable realtor with 20 years of experience. He knows the greater Boston area very well and knows a lot about single-family houses, condos, townhouses, etc. Not only was Charles always responsive for our buying questions, but he was answering our questions regarding utilities, city regulations, neighborhood and so on. Charles Ginsberg had been emailing and leaving phone messages for almost one year. I didn't know him or his agency (RE/MAX); he was just in the right place at the right moment.
