He was by far the most knowledgeable, had the most information, was the most honest and basically always told us what we needed to hear, rather than what we wanted to hear. I called Charles to be my realtor when I bought my first home because I know he is very analytical and understands market conditions. I trust Charles and he sells lots of houses. He met my wife when he let us into the the first (and only) home he showed us. Two days later, we put in an offer and it was accepted in less than a week. Thirty days later, we closed. Charles is very energetic and went into crawl spaces and walked the property line through thick trees to show us important items. Charles recommended good contractors that we used to do our due diligence. There was a huge concern with the property, and Charles made sure that we understood how much it would be for repairs and he made sure that was reflected in the final price.
