Chad is willing to literally do whatever it takes to make his clients happy and to let them know he cares. He at no time got agitated because I couldn't find the right house. Chad Evans did a really good job dealing with me and listening to what I wanted he is the best agent I feel that I could have worked with. He listened to me and my children and found something that made me and them happy. An agent that cares about a child's perspective on what they want in a home is worth it's weight in gold. He is the one that ultimately found the house I bought. My children love this house especially my son and does not want another one. While it is not the one I had my heart set on that one was not meant to be. Everything happens for a reason and all of the houses we painstakingly looked at and all the aggravation this house was. I am slowly starting to love this house and I feel like he nailed it. I would recommend him to anyone in the market because I know he takes a personal interest and takes pride in his job and has a strong sense of self and character genuinely caring about his clients and their best interests.

Chad was focused on helping me find what I wanted. He made sure I saw every house on the market within my price range. Just when I thought I couldn't find a good match, Chad said, "give me 24 hours and I will find you a house" and he did. I had passed over this house because I didn't think I'd like it. Chad asked me to look at it anyway, and it was the perfect home for me. His tenacity helped me get the house I wanted. He never gave up even when I was about to. I appreciate what he did for me so I recommended him to one of my friends who was looking for a home and she just purchased her first home. Good job Chad!
