Catherine was wonderful to work with. She spent close to a yea looking for the perfect house for us, and we finally found it. Even after the sale, she has been helpful when requests for things like surveys came up. I would work with her again and I am proud to now call her a friend as well.

I have knows Catherine for almost 20 years. I first met her when she listed and sold our Oak Ridge home in 10 days with an incredible fast turnaround to closing. She was incredibly supportive and professional. Her knowledge about the housing market in the Triad area is second to none. Catherine Charguia did an excellent job selling our house!! I talked to two other realtors and they stated that they didn't think we could sell the house without putting up tens of thousands of dollars and they also thought it would take a long time to sell. Once Catherine put the house on the market she sold it within 12 days almost at full asking price!! Best of all we walked away making a profit. I would recommend Catherine anytime. Wow!!Catherine is the absolute best! My wife and I were referred to her by a close firend and so expected she's be great. But Catherine was *beyond* great. We were relocating to Greensboro from out of state and Catherine worked with us remotely before we had even set foot in town. When we arrived we had 2 days to house hunt, and Catherine was totally up to the task. She was fully organized, prepared and efficient. We had identified about a dozen houses we wanted to see and we got through all of them with time to spare. Even after we were outbid on our firs house and backed out of the second one, she was totally even-keeled and kept us that way too. At every step of the way, she gave us her honest feedback, advice and guidance. She absolutely had our best interests in mind. We give Catherine our absolute highest recommendation.

Catherine was great to work with when my husband and I were looking to purchase our first home. Moving here from New York, we knew very little about neighborhoods. Catherine was able to guide us to areas that would well suite us and guide us away from any that would not. She also made sure we looked at properties that would not be difficult to sell in the future if the situation arose. Most importantly, Catherine made a potentially difficult and cumbersome process relatively easy by taking care of all the paperwork and educating us on the process.
