Carol Erks is a very ambitious Realtor! She is very Great to work with. She Knows how to get your house sold in less then 30 days! She is an excellent stager, and is well knowledgeable on marketing. Overall a wonderful realtor!!!
I started off with an appraisal from a different realtor who priced my property $20,000 lower than what I was expecting. The previous realtor told me that I shouldn't price any higher than $165,000 for my property. Then, I saw a similar property to my own in the same neighborhood that was listed at $199,000. (That property was only 4 houses down from my own). So, I called Carol for advice on why she listed that property at that price when it looked to be an exact replica of my own. She told me of her experience with the market in my area before she took me on as a client. Long story short, at my urging of needing to sell my property fast, she helped to sell my property for $188,000! If I hadn't gone with Carol, I would have lost out on $23,000! She is very nice and so personable. She wasn't hesitant at all in giving me any advice that I needed. You can't go wrong with a realtor that is willing to fight for the best deal for you, and Carol is that sort of realtor. Thank you, Carol!
