Carlton is an awesome realtor! My husband and I finally got our dream house after almost 6 months of house searching. Carlton has been extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and always gave us his honest thoughts on the property. Carltons business partner Sarah is amazing as well! Shes the most outgoing, kind and sweet realtor youll ever get! Carlton Shaffer is the best realtor in Columbus. I bought a house, and 2 years later sold the house with Carlton. Carlton isn't a part-time realtor on the side. He knows the Columbus market as well as anyone, and is a strong negotiator. Carlton will not let you down buying or selling. I won't use anyone else.

This is my second time working with Carlton, the first time he helped me buy the home I now sold by listing it with him. All I can say is that he is the hardest working realtor in the business. He helped me repair several things with my home, one night leaving my home covered in drywall dust from hanging a ceiling panel in my garage. Just amazing!
