I want to thank Carl Gresen and his team for what they did for me. Before I found out about Carl I was with two others agents over nearly 9 months and neither agent could get my house closed. Both of them were under 200,000 on the list price and the last one had put it down to 179,900 and we still did not close. Carl explained what they do to sell homes and to build urgency. We put it on the market for 200,000 and the first weekend we had multiple offers and sold it for over the list price. To say that I am happy is an understatement. We had two homes we needed to sell as we were moving out of state and we needed to do one at a time. We ended up finding Carl and on the first property we shopped it with several cash buyer investors and he was able to get us the highest offer and even a little higher than we expected. Overall, the transaction went well. The first one was on Pinellas county and the other was in Pasco. The second one they were also going to buy, but decided not too as they thought it might have a foundation issue. We of course found out that was not true and it was just some tree roots causing some cracking. Anyway, Carl, said we can get you a good offer so let's put it out to our database and the masses. We will price it a little low and see how much interest we can get. We got a lot more then expected and sold it well over list price. We needed some additional time to move out and we were given as much time as we needed. Carl and his team really came through for us and we highly recommend him.

It was time for us to sell and we were looking for an aggressive agent with a great marketing plan so we could net as much as possible for the sale of our home. Even though, the first buyer lost his job during the transaction and could not close Carl was able to sell it again quickly and we actually ended up getting several thousand more than what we originally thought we might get when we first met Carl. When we first met Carl we assumed he was just like other brokers, but we were incorrect on that. We met him at an open house and we were not ready to do anything for at least a year. Well, he kept in touch and in about 6 months we needed a home for one of our sons. We found a HUD home we liked got some great advice from Carl on the bidding process and ended up winning the bid. We later found out that we only won the closed bid by 300.00. If we would have offered what we were going to we never would have gotten the home and it was a great deal at what we got it for. We were moving here from the east coast and we were recommended to Carl and his team by Dave Ramsey the well-known author and radio show host. Well the experience was great. We did not know the area and we were trying to buy in a hot seller market. We did end up finding a couple of homes that would work that were also in the right school zones. I do not know how they did it, but I have heard stories of people not getting homes because of multiple offers. Well, both homes we liked had multiple offers, but Carl said they had a secret strategy that ensures them getting their buyer the home over 90% of the times. Well, we did not believe that, but we wrote offers on both homes and to our amazement we got both homes. We did have to cancel one of them so we ended up getting our top choice for a home, got it at a lower price than what we would have been willing to pay and we are now moved in and could not be happier.
