To be honest, I know very little about Coldwell Banker Bain as a company. What I do know is that Stephanie Callen is a really great agent, such that she makes the company look good. She knows a lot of people in different realtor companies, and is able to get things done by working well with them. She was able to coordinate numerous home showings on very short notice. She worked really hard, even over the weekend, to accommodate my very tight schedule. She was able to provide information about HOAs, CCRs, utilities, contractors, etc. She knows about building materials used over the years, various types and styles of construction, various builders in the area, things to look for, etc. She was able to quickly and concisely answer questions about lenders, title companies, inspections, and the whole machinery that goes into completing a sale. She quickly got an inspection done, the quality of work they provided was exceptional. So, overall, Coldwell Banker who are they? Stephanie Callen.
