We moved to Colorado end of 2012. We begin looking for various properties to get an idea of the market etc. Some of the places required they be presented by a Realtor. I guess we got Lucky because after a bit of searching somehow I got Brians connection and called him. I explained we were simply trying to get a feel for the market. I told Brian that I was possibly interested in a couple of rental units. He never expressed any displeasure with us "using" him. To sum up we bought a Townhome for Rental income then discovered a residence we thought would work for us. We are now the proud owner of our private residence + 4 rental units all purchased through 4sail Realty. His Partner Shari is one of the most effiecient, caring people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They are an exceptional team!

First, Brian is a no-pressure real estate agent. With my initial introduction, he listened, offered advice, and never asked me to sign anything. Second, as my home search became difficult and riddled with disappointment, Brian thought outside of the box and went looking for potential sellers that didn't even know they wanted to sell their house. That is how I ended up finding my home, and I am so thankful for his resourcefulness! Last, his negotiation skills left me with no doubt that he had my best interests at heart and was going to go to bat for me. After dealing with a worthless realtor from one of the big national real estate companies who did nothing to market my property other than waiting for the phone to ring, I gave Brian and Shari a call based on my step daughters experience with them years earlier. They sprung into action, figuring out what needed to be done to sell the property at a reasonable market price. Brian and his team were always there when there were questions. They had excellent negotiating skills especially on the selling side. They would mitigate a lot of the headache before presenting us with necessary details to make a suggestion. They were quick and responsive when issues or questions appeared. One more than one occasion they put in extra hours and effort to ensure deadlines were met. Very knowledgeable of both the buying and selling process which helped navigate some of the difficult times that arose. My wife and I would recommend this team to anyone needing to buy or sell, they will give you 100% everyday. Our buying process took 8 months because it was a new build, with this the loan process was extensive and exhausting. They were always there to make sure everything was in order and ready to go.
