We recently had the wonderful experience of purchasing a home in Bluffton, SC. To help facilitate this transaction we were blessed with the Beth Drake Realtor Team. Being new to the area Beth combined large scale and local knowledge, guidance, insights with personal care well beyond that of a normal business transaction. From the start of the search process to the handing over our keys to the front door Beth or one of her assistants were there to provide answers or comfort in this experience. Being an individual with special needs this detailed care is never overstated. My concerns were her concerns. In my experience I have dealt with many individuals you call themselves realtors but I have rarely dealt with true professionals who cared as much as Beth and her team. I can only hope everyone experiences this satisfaction when purchasing a home.

She was always available to speak over the course of the year we looked and kept us apprised of new properties coming on the market. She truly learned what we needed in our new home, and was dedicated to us, doing whatever it took to get the job done. She and Beth expertly guided us thru the negotiation and inspection. Corynne also was a huge help during a last minute trip down to the island was very familiar with the different areas in Bluffton, guiding us thru each of them. Dianna in the office answered our questions and was timely in sending us everything we requested or needed. From top to bottom this team of professionals is well-rounded, knowledgeable and dedicated to real estate.
