First let me say that I was not sure who to work with in the Perrysburg area so I used a service (TopAgentsRanked.com) to help. Several agents contacted me and I finally decided to go with Benny and Angela Maxwell. Quite simply they were outstanding. They prepared a great summary of the property and gave me some very rational logic during our discussions about setting asking price. They were confidant the house would sell quickly given the recent market conditions and they were spot on with the advice. We bought our house using Benny as our realtor and he was very responsive and helpful. He took extra time to squeeze in a second visit of the home on a late Sunday night. Two years later my husband got relocated for his career and Benny went above and beyond to list our house. I contacted Benny Maxwell when it was time to sell my house. Excellent excellent excellent choice!! On his first trip over to my house he was able to provide a solid assessment of where it stood for the purposes of marketing it. We were then able to have an honest discussion on price & expectations and we were able to agree on an amount that was reasonable but with a little stretch. Benny is great! My husband and myself have gone through the buying and selling process twice with him.
