WOW!!!! Benny was honest to the core! He told me the honest truth even if it wasn't the news I wanted to hear. He was by far the most professional and passionate realtor we have ever met. He absolutely loves his job and it shows. We interviewed other agents before Benny and they all said the same old stuff. Then we interviewed Benny and he was head and shoulders above them all. He knew/knows the market better than all the other agents. We were suppose to interview two more after him but after talking with Benny we quickly called the other agents and told them not to come over. Benny guaranteed us the home would sell within 16 days and it sold in 4 after his mega open house. Benny is a true realtor and now my agent for life!
