We had the pleasure of working with Ms. Mills on the sale of my mothers house. My brother-in-law researched selecting the right realtor and he struck gold! The house was in rough shape and the neighborhood was not ideal. Belinda was not intimidated and was steadfast and determined to get top dollar. She succeeded and the family couldn't be happier. I had Belinda represent me as to sell my condo in Stockton, as I am located in LA county and away most of the time from being able to sort out things, Belinda went way and above over normal realtor duties. With organizing a plumber, a carpenter to fix the fence an electrician to install safety devices, dealing with the condo homeowners associating board which is no mean feat..... This time was the 2nd time I had Belinda represent me in a real estate transaction and would use her again in a heartbeat...
