Her quick response to our home evaluation & explanation of the market made us feel comfortable. We believe her recommendation of when to list our home saved us thousands of dollars. She is a rockstar. We recommend her 1000%. We didnt what we should buy as an investment. She found us a house on the gulf of Mxico. It needs some tlc but we had a vision and its coming together nicely . Ashley gave us a list of vendors to use because we are not from the area . We felt safe .

Ashley made sure she found a house for us that hit all our major needs. Even though the area was out of her expertise she managed to still find us several listings. The house we fell in love with and finally bought was only on the market for 20 days and we got it for 10000 dollars less than listing price. She was knowledgeable and answered most of our questions.
