I first saw Art Ricks name on a brochure from Shell Island condo when I was looking to purchase so I called him to see if he could help me. He did a great job with that purchase. So I contacted him again when I wanted to buy a second condo in the Wrightsville Beach area because he did such a good job on the first transaction and knew the area so well. The docu sign documents Art Ricks provided were so incredibly easy to execute. It made the entire process so much less troublesome and daunting. Great easy transaction! Art is a perfect professional, he really knows his stuff, was very patient at explaining everything..I couldnt recommend him highly enough
