Moya Robinson is a caring and gifted real estate agent. We came to the bay area for a visit because we are looking to relocate. Moya took time to talk with me about what my husband and I are looking for before we arrived. An hour after we landed, she was happily driving us from one excellent listing to the next. She was tireless and had done a brilliant job applying our list of requirements/ desires to everything that is currently on the market in Berkeley/ Oakland. She grew up in the area, and went to college here. She has lived and worked in San Francisco proper and also East Bay. She knows the area like the back of her hand. She was born into this profession, her parents are realtors too, and she told us about how it was always interesting tagging along with her parents on several of the showings as she was growing up. Moya did a great job communicating with my partner and I to get out property sold. Our sale was a long, drawn out, difficult one for a number of reasons, including issues relating to COVID 19. Nevertheless, she found us 3 buyers, all with offers over the asking price (after counter offers). The first two "pre-approved" buyers ultimately could not get financing, so two sales fell through. Fortunately, new buyers were in place shortly after each failed sale. And, the third times a charm as we recently closed escrow with buyer #3. Thanks for all your hard work Moya! We bought our first house with Moya's help, and she did a stellar job for us! In light of our lack of experience, Moya was thorough and endlessly responsive: She walked us through every step of the process patiently, even when we texted her with questions at 9PM on a Friday.
