annette is a god send .in 2011 i had hit bottom,i am on workmen s comp. single father 3 girls a mortgage i couldn't afford any longer didnt know where to turn. i went to remax for help they were the ones that help buy the house,i was sent to annette thank god sat me down calmed my nerves .proceeded to go over all my options spent almost 2 hrs. with me ,she than came to my house to see it and told me what fix what not to.i had no idea what a short sale was until she explained it in laymen terms and just took control i mean everything .i had more surgeries .she was like a guarding angel which she did not have to do ,i did not even ask her .when time came to close short sale could not have gone smoother. now 3 years later i am having her help locate a rental house for my kids.i didn't have to think who i would use i emailed Annette she answered within hours not days .i get new listings everyday. there is no other real estate agent on the planet you will ever need for anything

My dad bought a home, and offer me his other home. His home was bigger and close to my kid's schools. I decided to take my dads offer, and put my home on the market. My home was on the market for 4 months, we got 6 offers and lost all of them. I decided to fire my realtor and hire Annette, in 2 weeks she sold my house. I really thought we were going to foreclose. I was under so much stress. Annette is amazing! She will always answer your calls, if not she will text or email, but she will always get in contact with you, and walk you through everything, and help you in anyway she can. She is amazing realtor!

I had three sales fall thru on my condo and, though not my realtor's fault, had issues with my realtor. My sister recommended I meet Annette and I am glad she did. Annette was very informative and responsive and I got a cash offer and sold my condo quickly. We then started the search for a new home. Annette promised to be patient as my wants in a home were not very specific eight down to the location. Even so I found a place I love quickly and, regardless of the issues with my lender, we closed quickly. I am in my home and I love it and would definitely use Annette again and recommend her.
