The best word to describe Ann is incredible. My wife and I came to a new area looking for a vacation property. We wanted to make an educated investment but had never been to Myrtle Beach before. She met with us on very short notice and sent tons of excellent options to look into before our arrival so that when we showed up, we had narrowed our list down to 9 and fell in love with one. She got us under contract on this penthouse unit for an amazing price in just a matter of days, and now we will own our dream property in just two weeks! She has been extremely prompt in answering not only the most minute questions, but she is also on top of all the major details for us as well. We have had no worries this entire process and will DEFINITELY be working with her again as we invest in future properties.
