I can't say enough good things about Ann-Marie. Not only she is knowledgeable about the real estate market she is a hard worker. Maybe a little too hard, I've gotten emails from her around 11pm. But I'm not complaining. She offered great advice on renovating my house. She saved me a lot of money on unnecessary renovations. Plus she has a great network of mortgage companies, handyman services, painters, etc.... I had to get some repairs done and Ann-Marie knew of the right company to hire and it was a snap. I didn't have to try to look around online for services. And when it was time for me to find a new home she was quick to reply to showing requests. One time I wanted to see a home but she had a previous commitment and instead of dropping the ball she made alternative arrangements so that I could see the home. Plus she's been quick to keep me updated on the seller feedback. I can see why she has a lot of 5 star reviews, I'm a happy customer!

I'm not simply giving her 5 stars without reason. I actually worked with another Realtor who drug us through a nightmare trying to find a home.
