2020 true story. Ann sold my house while I was out of state in a hospital during a pandemic for $10k more than I asked her to. Even though during the closing process, she broke her arm, had surgery and the basement in my house flooded requiring a total remodel! She handled everything! Get this woman a cape because shes a superhero in my book.
