First off I want to thank Andy Arthur again for being a rock star. Andy helped me purchase my first home recently and I could not be happier with the result of the home buying process, thanks to Andy. He was ALWAYS available for a call if I had any questions and he stayed on top of everything I asked him about. Very polite and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and never made it seem like I was asking too many questions. He also put in a lot of effort and was creative in trying to find the right property for me. Andy did a fantastic job as our realtor! He was flexible, responsive and really bent over backwards to help my husband and I find our perfect first home (even spur of the moment showing us a house one night after 8PM!). I would absolutely recommend him to anyone searching for a home. He helped guide us through every step of the process and answered all of our *many* questions. Andy is personable with a great sense of humor, but also knows how to get down to business and negotiate with the sellers and their representation. If my husband and I ever find ourselves in the market for a house again in the future, we'll definitely be contacting Andy!

We moved from Utah relocating back to Oregon and needed to find a home fast. Even during the sellers market he still negotiated on our behalf to get the price dropped where it was fair for both us and the seller. Andy was awesome. He was available at all times.
