I was introduced to Andre through a mutual friend as I was getting ready to sell my home as part of a relocation for work. Andre came very prepared with comps and an opinion on sales price during our first meeting. He also was able to walk me through the timeline that I needed to hit based on my desired move date. Because it was a relocation for work, there were a couple of extra hoops and problems that Andre had to help me navigate through. At one point, my relocation company provided me with bad information causing Andre and I had to change plans at the last minute about listing our home. Andre was very flexible with this, and accommodated my updated timeline seamlessly. He helped me understand how to stage my house and the pictures that he took generated a tremendous amount of interest. We only had to show our house for 2 days and had 10 offers all for over our listing price.
