Amy was extremely professional, knowledgeable with fantastic with communication. In addition, she is persistent in both working with the buyer but also working with the seller. She followed through quickly on everything we needed and was in continuous communication. She also took initiative to provide strong guidance and advice in the sales and contracting process. Trusting my instincts, I retained Amy to assist in selling a property going through probate. I was handling the sale of the property while living on the east coast while Amy is on the west coast. Amy was exceedingly helpful and was my "eyes and ears on the ground." I am an extremely detailed person, and Amy is the same way. Amy handled the cleaning of the house, including the windows and carpet by different vendors, the removal of a wood-infested termite structure, and made poignant recommendations on the timing of listing the house and the price that would garner the most interest. We've had the privilege of working with Amy twice, as first time buyers & then first time sellers. On both sides of the market, she was a tremendous help. Her 30+ years of experience are evident as she foresees many potential problems or hangups that could arise in the escrow process & does everything she can to resolve those issues in advance or to setup backup lenders or offers if they become necessary. She also does a good job of explaining these issues. Because she works ahead of time, we were never put into a last minute bind.
