Amy was excellent. She got us multiple offers and kept us informed every step of the way. She worked diligently to get the property sold at the best price. This property was a co-op and the HOA board and getting the necessary documentation was challenging. She constantly stayed on top of Escrow, the bank, and the HOA making sure the necessary documents were received in a timely manner. She even drove to the HOA president's house to pick up documents that were needed and hand delivered them to escrow! She was amazing and we plan on using her again.
