Aida Teague just sold my condo. Being an ex real estate and current investor I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Aida was energetic, knowledgeable and attentive; she listened carefully and never pressured me. She educated me on how to best sell the property and priced it based on the sales of many local properties, the listing price was more than I thought I would get. Showing activity was very high and the property was sold in a few days and closed within a month. I have to also mention Tabetha Lacey, Aida and Tabetha worked as a team. The team even assisted me in posting my furniture and offered clean company recommendations. They helped me find a mover witch save me hundreds of dollars and the aggravations in the moving process. I feel fortunate to have found them. I have worked with many real estate agents and you will not find anyone that will do a better job in your real estate needs. I will be using them for all of my future real estate needs!
