Tony has been involved in the home building business for most of his life. Tony knows homes! The Laratta Family has been building custom homes in Calgary since 1978. Tony has been a partner in the family business since 1994 and as a result has designed, built and sold hundreds of homes. There he gained much real estate and practical business experience, including being instrumental in the selling, designing, and building of some of the Citys finest homes and estates. Tony knows construction and not just in the homes he has built but can also recognize quality in other homes in the resale market. In addition, he understands the market in all of Calgarys top communities because he has sold and built in most of the well-known locations. Tony has developed an extensive understanding of the home business and how to market and sell luxury homes.
