Guy was such a pleasure to work with. Hes extremely knowledgeable on Calgary and the surrounding areas. This was my first property I have ever sold and he made it a breeze. While nothing in this world is perfect and selling your home is always a roller coaster ride, I cannot rate Guy any less than outstanding in all areas and would highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs. From the first meeting, in depth market analysis, recommendations and suggestions for staging and repairs, pictures, pricing, were all bang on. Communication was seamless, all calls and texts were answered within literally minutes.
