Vivi Gloriod began her real estate career in 1996, taking a summer job with a builder who had sold 12 houses in 2 1/2 years. Vivi sold 13 houses in two months! The builder convinced Vivi to join him full time, and she continued her college education at night. She graduated with a degree in business emphasizing marketing in 2000, along with a minor in math. Vivi recognized the value of investing in real estate early on; purchasing her first property in 1998 and continuing to this day adding investment properties to her portfolio. Vivi has helped countless clients in Colorado with the same goals, both buying and selling real estate. She has been recognized as a top producing agent by the Denver Business Journal and the Denver Metro Realtors Association and has top tier ratings on several Internet-based real estate sites.

Faun grew up in the Denver area and attended Cherry Creek High School. She moved to Los Angeles to attend USC where she studied Journalism and Public Relations. There, she worked for Hill and Knowlton, a top PR firm. After graduating from USC, Faun returned to Denver and worked for Big O Tires as their Director of Corporate Communications. Faun next attended the University of Denver, completing her Master of Business Administration in Finance. She and her husband opened several small businesses which they ran successfully and later sold. Faun was licensed as a Colorado Real Estate Broker in 2003 and has been a top broker ever since. Serving the entire Denver Metro area, Faun has achieved numerous designations and awards.
