We needed to sell our condo in Simi Valley and buy a house in Camarillo and chose Sean as our agent for both. He did such a fantastic job! He really listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time on properties that didn't fit our description. Our condo sold super fast and it was contingent on us finding our new home. Sean did a great job working with the buyers agent to ensure we had the time we needed. The market was crazy at the time and there were just so few houses available. He went out of his way and even knocked on doors in the areas we were interested in to see if people wanted to sell!
