Because she was on top of local appraisals, her guidance was effective. Carol seemed to be ahead of the process and on top of it when necessary. She didnt overwhelm us, but did what she could do behind the scenes and communicated with us, and coached us, every step of the way right through our closing. She was always available through text, email, and phone, and responded almost immediately whenever we had a question or concern. She also guided us through some challenging negotiations, keeping her cool, calm composure, even when we didnt.
