Dawna is the best! She has helped us through our first purchase, first sale, & through a new build; her expertise of real estate was evident in every step! We were inexperienced with the process when we bought our first home. The home we purchased need a lot of love, and the inspection came back with issues. She helped us navigate the lengthy repair negotiations & managed to help us get everything we wanted fixed, including a new roof! A year later, we were ready to sell our first home & Dawna helped us make sure our home was ready to list, even helped make sure our driveway was salted for showings while we were out of town! With a record number of showings/offers (47), Dawna was very organized in helping us select the highest & best offer. Dawna was also a great resource while we built our first home, helping us make wise design choices from a resale perspective, to holding both our builder & lender accountable in the final days, we truly could not have done any of it without Dawna!

Dawna is a very special real estate broker. My wife and I were very particular in our new home search. In fact, it took us over 2 years to find our new home. Dawna showed us SEVERAL homes but never made us feel rushed or pressured. She was a true professional throughout our home buying experience even during these very challenging market conditions. Dawna's negotiation skills were critical when we were facing multiple other offers/buyers. We were very happy she was on our side of the purchase transaction.

I started looking for a realtor to list my house in Jan 2021. Dawna was the only one who answered all my questions at that time, when the rest deflected some of the questions. I told Dawna that I was in no hurry to list nor was I going to rush to pack, she never pressured me during the time to pack (4+ months). The other 2 agents continued to call on almost a weekly basis and one became quite pushy about signing a contract. Having sold my last home over 20 years ago, there were differences in the process and Dawna patiently explained everything to me including each and every one of the offers I received (20+) and the pros and cons of each. The home was photographed beautifully and Dawna gave valuable feedback re: staging the house. When I had to have some repair work done, Dawna was able to suggest a contractor for that. From start to finish the whole process was flawless.

Dawna was great about doing virtual showings the day a new house was listed, as the market did not allow much time for our travel into the area to see homes in person. Dawna was so honest with the quality of the homes and we totally trusted her experience and her guidance. Dawna was patient as we grew to understand the types of offers we needed to make great offer and she was never pushy. She always accepted whatever we felt comfortable with and she keep us grounded when we were trying too hard on an offer. Her professional experience was extremely helpful in so many ways!
