My overall experience with Kevin was great. He's very personable and understands what you're looking for. He has extensive knowledge of the realistate business and was able to walk me step by step through the buying process.

With being a first time home buyer, Kevin, as my realtor made the experience so easy! He also made it a lot of fun. I gained a lot of security and peace of mind with his knowledge and the confidence he had in finding me the perfect first home. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor to make sure you get the home you want, as well as having someone who shows up for you and makes sure you are taken care of from start to finish. Any questions I had, were answered. Everything was done with excellence, and it was a pleasure to work with Kevin.

After several failed attempts to find a financeable home within our budget, we were referred to Kevin who listened to our wants and needs and did a thorough search to find us the perfect house. Unfortunately, during this process we experienced a house fire. Kevin made sure we were ok and secured us a rental until we could secure a new home. After an extensive search he was able to find us an amazing house that was in our budget. Kevin guided and advised us through the whole process and answered all our questions and concerns. We love our house and if we ever needed a realtor again, we would DEFINITELY go with McCullough & Assoc. Very satisfied.
