Ben became a licensed realtor in 2005 and soon found himself navigating the challenges of the 2008 crash, assisting buyers and sellers with everything from traditional sales to the complexities of short sales, bank-owned properties, owner financing, probate, and income properties. In 2014, he joined Keller Williams, later launching his team, The Zuber Group in 2019 with his wife, Annie, and son, Aaron. Relocating his family to South Florida in 2022, Ben initiated an expansion team in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area while continuing to run a successful team in Gainesville.
