Perfect Fit! Trying to sell a lot from oversea is not an easy task, especially when you don't know anyone there :-) My friends and I gave Jim 9 lots to sell. Some small, some large. We sold them all!!! What could have been an overwhelming process was made doable due to Jim's motivation and enthusiasm, which were incredibly contagious and inspiring to my husband and I. Jim is excellent and someone you can trust. It was the first home we ever sold a home. Jim was patient and walked us through the entire process. He always took the extra effort to make the everything as simple as possible acting as the liaison between many parties. He made the calls, he opened the doors, he did the paper work. Jim went the extra mile by ordering special 3D photography called Matterport Tour. It maps your entire home Into a 3D preview and allows the user to review the home as if they were walking in the property. I highly recommend Jim. He operates with a moral compass and is customer focused. We are working with him now to buy our new home.
