Selling a home and moving out of state can sound like an ominous task, but with Margie it was nothing other than simple, even enjoyable! Margie walked us through EVERY step and then some, even allowing for last minute details/repairs/etc. She showed up when it was not required, she followed up on every act of the sale/inspection repairs/and even provided help with packing and moving to another state! I honestly believed she would do a great job from the get go, but had no idea the extent to detail that she would bring. She was professional, kind, thorough - nothing shy of incredible. House sold in one day above list price! I would recommend her again and again and again!
