This team is so supportive and holds your hand every step of the way! The Moeller team helped me find my first condo back in September 2017 and they still support me and keep in touch with me to this day. The week I closed on my condo, they provided me a lovely housewarming gift and even helped me set up my electricity. I was a little in over my head at the time I purchased and both Todd and Nancy helped me feel at home in my new place. Todd and Nancy are excellent real estate advisors. We interviewed several agents and we are glad we went with them. From day one we could tell they really know their stuff and had our best interest in mind. Nancy knows the ins and outs of the contracts. She was very responsive in talking through some of the risks with certain properties and had great suggestions on how we can adjust the terms on our offers to make ours more attractive - something that really helped us in a competitive orange county market. Todd has a keen eye for defects in the home and always pointed out considerations with certain properties. For example he found water stains at showings that we never would have noticed. I can't even remember how many showings we went to but I know it was A LOT and the Moeller team was always available weekdays, weeknights and weekends which worked well with our 9-5 jobs.

Just like you know who your friends are when tough times happen, you will also know the best Realtors in town because they stick around even when things get tough, and I mean really tough and complicated. It took 2.5 years to FINALLY sell our home (due to home owner's association issues), but Todd and Nancy stuck with us through every up, down, twist and turn that happened! They were "all in" the entire time. They offered support and reassurance, they provided access to experts, and made valued recommendations. Their patience, professionalism and persistence is truly unparalleled and personally appreciated beyond words!
