Leslie and Dan, Today I am feeling grateful to be out of AZ. And you played a large part in that by facilitating the sale of my five properties. Second experience with Larry We used Larry to sell my daughters residence in early 2020 and started discussions about selling our investment property at that time knowing that our tenant lease went through 4/30/21. Larry was patient and provided updates on market values and closing projections along the way. He also partners with Dan and Leslie Lightfoot who were a delight, very professional, had a good command of the Phoenix market, and extremely responsive. I was an out of state seller so the services Dan & Leslie provided to meet vendors at the property were imperative to my selection of Larry and his team. We were totally satisfied with Larry & his teams service and end result.
