Shelle is an outstanding real estate professional. She provides a rare combination of marketing ability, real estate knowledge, and ability to advise clients. I have worked with many commercial and residential real estate people and have found none that match her ability to understand me and my needs and align them with the best marketing, branding, pricing, and negotiating services. Shelle helped price and market a very tricky property that was a luxury home in an unusual place. There were few comps available and the home was distant from other luxury property. Shelle arranged for publicity and created a marketing campaign that set the home apart from others in the area. Despite pessimistic evaluations from other real estate people, our home sold in two days' time at significantly more than the asking price. I highly recommend Shelle!

I could say so many wonderful things about Shelle... about her professionalism, her warmth, her knowledge and expertise, her availability... and on and on and it is all absolutely true. BUT, what really matters is the results she gets; because that is the bottom line and is what we care about most as the consumer. Shelle has sold my last two houses BEFORE they hit the MLS and for full asking price (1st house) and for $11K OVER asking price (2nd house)! Without a doubt, both sales were possible because we followed every bit of Shelle's advice on marketing and on preparing the houses for sale. We will never use anyone else!

Shelle worked hard to sell our home in the least amount of time. She sold our home in Preston Hollow in 20 days! She knows the market, has relationships with other Preston Hollow realtors and knows how to market and advertise.
