Patrick Natale helped Kaitlyn G. buy a home on 01/01/2020
Let me start by saying that this was my first time going through this process so it was all very new to me. Pat made my search so personal to him and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I was very indecisive and saw TONS of places and Pat stayed focused, proactive & positive the entire time. He is extremely passionate about what he does and very knowledgeable about the market. The negotiation process was new to me so he helped guide me while keeping me composed which helped me land where I wanted. Above and beyond is an understatement; Pat even gave me suggestions on wood floor stains, paint colors & other interior decisions which I have no experience with. I even called him months after my close date with some questions and he was happy to help. All in all, Pat made this process 10x easier than it would have been and I highly highly recommend him.

Patrick Natale helped Kellianne S. sell a home on 05/01/2019
This was our first time selling a home, and we could not have asked for a better realtor than Pat. From the get-go, Pat worked with us to optimize our sales strategy and continuously work towards that goal. We received an offer within two days of listing our property, and Pat helped us negotiate a good sale price with expedited closing. During the inspection period, Pat introduced us to his outstanding legal associates, who provided us with very prompt and excellent service through our closing date. Pat also arranged and was personally present for HVAC servicing, minor home repairs, and other inspection details. Pat was consistently available, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Pat to anyone interested in selling or buying a home.

Patrick Natale helped Brian C. buy a home on 05/01/2020
While looking for an apartment during the COVID-19 pandemic, I had to reach out to a large number of agents. Patrick was, by far, the most professional of them all. He was prompt, polite, responsive, and dependable. I never truly appreciated how painless the apartment hunting experience could be when working with the right person. When my lease was ending, I was preparing myself for the worst apartment search experience I've had since I started renting in Chicago almost 6 years ago. Instead, it turned out to be very straightforward and an actual pleasant experience. I'd say that is a monumental achievement by him considering the crazy circumstances during the time of this review.
