Working with Joe and Rachel at Berkshire Hathaway was the best decision my wife and I could have made. They made sure we had the house ready for the market, and when we put the house on the market on Friday, we had a contract by Sunday. Joe and Rachel made the process so easy for us, and they could not have been any more accommodating to what we had hope for throughout the process. Joe and Rachael were absolutely amazing to work with. We were new to Florida and they helped us explore multiple neighborhoods and communities and led us to the community where we built our new home. They were with us throughout the build process helping us with the lot selection, bank financing, contract with the builder, building inspection, walk throughs etc., right through to the closing. They were our eyes and ears when we couldn't be around and they helped us find a temporary place to live as we awaited completion of the new home. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided and the friendly manner in which they conducted themselves. We'd highly recommend them for your real estate needs!
