I was appointed by a court to sell six properties throughout San Mateo County. It was ALOT of work - repairs, disposal of property, difficult escrows, utility issues, etc. Elaine not only took charge of these items (which was not her primary responsibility), but she handled it all with grace and total professionalism. Her judgment is excellent and her work ethic unsurpassed. She seems to have an answer for any issue that arises. If she can handle these six sales, she can handle anything.

Eileen has been very professional, replying to all my requests promptly. Most importantly, she really gets the job done. We met her for the first time at an open house. I asked her about a specific financial question. She wanted to make sure to give me the correct answer. She first confirmed it with the escrow company before calling me the next day. We knew by then she would be the person to help us. Buying our house was a very challenging task and Eileen went the extra mile to get us there. It was an incredible task to accomplish since the house was off-market and we had no idea if the owners wanted to sell it. The whole process took us only 2 weeks. We were so impressed by her proactive efforts and would highly recommend her!! After the sale, she gave us many helpful tips and information to help us move forward with the renovation. She will be a good friend for many years to come. We are so thankful to have met her!

Eileen works hard and she works smart. Really up on what works in the marketing of a property. Indefatigable. Always available for large and small needs. We need more realtor like her. I have had numerous real estate dealings and in most of them, the realtor was useless. Doing just enough to earn the fee. Wish I had known Eileen years ago
