Corey Baird has been fantastic to work with! We faced many challenges as out of state buyers, though his experience made us feel more at ease. Corey is an amazing realtor! It was difficult to find a realtor that isn't trying to just make a sale or a realtor that is diligent and has good follow up. So we were very happy when we found Corey to be our realtor. Corey's level of professionalism and care for his clients' needs are excellent. Corey was very helpful throughout the entire process. The real estate market has been tough since it is a seller market, but Corey continued to show us houses that we felt were the right house at the right price. He was diligent in his efforts and put our needs as the top priority. We did not feel like he was pressuring us to make a sale.
